How do I know what size nails I need?
For a limited time only a nail sizing kit will be sent to you for Free when you purchase a set of nails(easiest and most accurate method) or you can measure your nails using this method below(this method ensures faster processing of your order).
1. Place a piece tape across widest part of nail and press into the creases.
2. Use a pen to mark the width of your nail.
3. Take tape off and use the millimeter (mm) side of a ruler to measure the distance between the lines.
4. Repeat for each of your nails.
Select custom size and type your measurements in the note box at checkout or you can send them to our email support@shoplionessworld.com
You can also order a solid color set which includes 20 nails. Then you can take note of your sizes for future purchases of custom designed sets.
How long will my nails stay on?
It honestly depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nail tabs you can wear them for a few days or even a few hours if you're wearing them for a special occasion. With nail glue, for about 1 to 3 weeks. We include detailed instructions with every order.
Can I reuse my Press Ons?
Yes, if you use the nail tabs, your press-ons will be reusable. For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears.
What if the nails I purchased don't fit?
All of our products are handmade, so if the wrong size is ordered we are not held responsible. Our sizing kit is for those that are unsure of their correct size along with our sizing guide to measure for the proper fit. You could also purchase a solid color 20 pcs set to know your sizing for future purchases.
Do you offer custom designs?Yes! We sure do! If you have a design or concept in mind you would like us to recreate like something you may have seen on social media, anywhere just let us know and we can combine ideas!
Also, please note that not every idea you may have will fit our particular design style. So we may decline if its not something we cannot see ourselves doing. For recreations, we may ask if it’s alright to put our own twist on the designs.
Can I make changes to a design?
Of course! All sets are made to order and can be customized. If you prefer a different color, matte or glossy finish, shorter length or small design changes, simply make a note in the note box at checkout. For bigger changes that include adding on more or changing crystals please contact us first to approve changes or invoice you for a custom order.
My nails won't stay on and keep before popping off. What should I do?
Proper nail preparation before applying press-on nails is the key!!! Make sure to file/cut your nails short, push your cuticles back and buff the nail bed with buffer. Clean thoroughly with alcohol wipes to make sure there's no dust/oil on your natural nail bed. Once you have done this prepping steps, apply your press-on nails and avoid water contact for at least 2-3 hours. It's important to avoid water contact until the glue is completely dried.
All nail orders come with your custom press on nails, nail file, orange wood stick (cuticle pusher), mini buffer, glue, alcohol prep pads, adhesive tabs(for temporary use), and application & removal instructions.
GENERAL FAQs
How long will it take to get my order?We ship all orders with USPS. *Please note that processing time does NOT include shipping time. Processing time for all handmade sets is between 1 and 10 business days depending on our order volume. Orders will ship as soon as they are complete.
For orders that ONLY contains lip gloss, lashes, lip scrubs, or growth serum the processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT RECEIVING A SIZING KIT ADDS MORE PROCESSING TIME TO YOUR ORDER! Sizing kit will be shipped within 1 business day but delivery time depends on the USPS delivery times.*

My package was sent back to you, can you resend it?Yes of course. Simply contact us to make sure we have received it and then pay the re-Shipping Fee and we will send it back out to you.
My package was marked as Delivered by USPS but I didn’t receive it. (Also read below for lost or missing packages)
Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Lioness World LLC hands over ANY and ALL accountability for shipping, transit and delivery to USPS. Lioness World LLC assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.
If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at http://www.usps.com/help/claims.html
Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL which means you fully agree to wait on the time it takes to create your order. No Refunds will be processed after the 24 hour purchase.
Also due to the nature of our custom handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state. If so, email celestialnails@ymail.com and include an image of the defected or damaged product).
**Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Make yourself aware of our creation time and make sure you size your nails correctly as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.
Also, please double check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
